## Caption

🌷 Casual hosting is my favorite type of hosting, so let’s throw a Spring-inspired potluck.

For the potluck, I was in charge of drinks, a side dish, and a main dish. So for the drinks, I prepped  a yuzu matcha lemonade. As for the food, I made a roasted sweet potato medley paired with yogurt-dill grilled chicken. They brought over pistachio-chocolate chip cookies for dessert and a delicious pasta salad as an additional side. Making for an evening full of great food and laughter.

🍋 Here’s what you need to try this at home:

Yogurt-dill Grilled Chicken
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 shallot (diced)
2 to 3 garlic cloves (diced)
3 tbsp dill (chopped)
1 tbsp zatar seasoning
1 to 2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp whole peppercorn
1 tsp paprika

Sweet Potato Medley:
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Paprika
1 to 2 tbsp olive oil

Yuzu Matcha lemonade:
Matcha:
1 tbsp matcha
2 cups hot water
1/4 cup honey
Yuzu Lemonade:
16 oz yuzu juice
48 oz of water
1 1/2 cup sugar
