Commencement, here we come! Introducing our first #CCUGrad spotlight: Sophia Lawson, a digital culture and design (DCD) major with minors in social media and marketing. 👩‍🎓
 
🎓  Over her four years at #CCU, Sophia was named “DCD Freshman of the Year” in 2020, maintained a 4.0 grade point average and will be graduating summa cum laude, and was involved in numerous internship and job experiences to help hone and develop her digital storytelling and content creation skills including:
 
🤳 Working in University Marketing and Communication strategizing, creating, and implementing fun social media content on #CCU’s social media pages
 
👩‍💻 Interning as a social media specialist for the English and DCD departments within @ccu_ehfa 
 
📝 Supporting the Career Services Center by developing marketing campaigns for events and designing various marketing materials
 
✨ After graduation, she is excited to pursue a career in content creation and social media management in the beauty and fashion industry.
