Barbie Pool Cake 💗🌴

I had to attempt a Barbie pool cake, it’s been on my to-make list for the longest time!

I used a scallop scraper to create the pool “rings” and added blue jello for the “water”.

Did you have a Barbie pool set growing up? I feel like toys used to be so much cooler! 😂
