For a long time I thought these were all personal choices, but looking back now the order matters. 

God stripped everything little by little …

The hormones -  so I can restore balance. 
The food - for purification.
The stimulants - for clarity 
The toxins - for heightened sense of discernment 

And along the way relationships and environments shifted too.

Once your nervous system is unburdened,
and you cut the noise - true healing begins.
