This reset reminded me that looking at a label from a holistic perspective is much more important than obsessing over the ingredients.

In Greece, we never skip on the dessert - we just don’t eat all of it.

It’s about balance and mindfulness - concepts that haven’t quite taken root in American food culture. Maybe that’s why CDC data shows 40% obesity rates and 75% of adults overweight here.

Popping pills for everything, McD’s washed down with Diet Coke, weight loss injections - hard pass.
