I was the girl going through the Dunkin Donuts / Starbucks window for coffee 3x a day. 

… but I decided to switch pace and I gave it up about 10 years ago and yesssss at first the headaches were BAD but that went away after 3 weeks and then it was like 

HELLO FREEDOM ⛓️‍💥✨✨

Can’t explain it - something that I used to savor and look forward to just became something that I felt like I needed to just toss and I did.

It was more instinct than anything and then when I noticed how much better I felt, how my skin changed, I started to research and there it was. 

Most people depend on coffee for energy, but what if I told you it’s probably draining yours? (Unless you’re sourcing from another country and testing for mold.) 

Coffee in the United States is often loaded with mold and mycotoxins. (and it’s gets deeper but I’ll leave it at that because I want this post to be visible. 😁🤭) 

“So who cares Iro.” 

Well you should care, especially if you’re a woman drinking coffee in the morning ☕️🌞. It stresses your liver, spikes cortisol and throws off your hormones before your day even begins. 

Beyond that - it depletes our magnesium, zinc + vitamin B, disrupts blood sugar and overstimulates our adrenals. (hello anxiety)

I like to live in flow- and that’s why Tea is more my vibe. 🫖🪆

ORGANIC tea, and I never steep in the bags it comes in - always take it out (if it’s not loose leaf) and steep it. 

There’s plenty of tools for that and they’re really cute 😝🤓
