11 days no sugar …. But the honey in my tea and this cough syrup is where it ends for me.

I’m not interested in pushing through illness to prove a point.
That’s not health.

I’ll continue the 30 days with very little sugar —
intentional, aware, and used when it actually serves a purpose.

This reset reframed my mind about where sugar shows up, how it affects me, and when it’s worth it.
