BODY RECOMPOSITION.

It’s taking me longer this time because I’m older but also because I’m not taking short cuts.

In today’s world it’s very easy to lose weight. 

There are endless tools, trends and quick fixes that promise “skinny”.
But the real topic of discussion is - at what cost?

Not one I’m willing to pay. 

This last year wasn’t about shrinking myself it was about getting strong. 

So my 1 year before and after may not scream transformation but for me it was massive.
