Where you been? In Italy Offline. 🤌🏻

Sometimes you need a little time to your self to recenter, and the best way to do it is away from everything near a beach. 

I realized that micro managing everything cripples people and doesn’t allow them to perform at their best. 

Instead I decided to put everything to the test -  so I can decide if they’re worthy to keep on my team. 

I’ve had a fixation with always trying to save someone or something. 

I’m evolving. 

Keep up, or don’t.
