I used to pop an Advil gel and keep it moving, now I sleep in late - don’t bother looking at my phone until noon and eat lots of chocolate. 

Slow down, give yourself a taste of how it feels to take your time, honor yourself, and just BE in your own energy.

Sleep separately even if you’re married - the Bible references that too.
