When I first went vegan back in 2016, there were barely any plant-based options on shelves. So every time a new product dropped, I was like a kid in a candy store—I had to try it.

Fast forward to today, and the evolution has been WILD especially when it comes to cleaner ingredients.

Now there are SO many options out there, and I get asked all the time… 

“Where do you shop”

“What do you buy?” 

So I do my best to share everything I can.

Some of my favorites are on Amazon, some aren’t—but either way, I GOT you.

If you bought my last Vegan for Non Vegan Cookbook I included a grocery list - but it needs updating so I’m ON THAT!
