My mom said something and it reminded me how true it is! 

“Too much of a good thing, isn’t always a good thing.” 

And so because she’s the main reason I know so much about holistic health I switched things up a little bit. 

I paused oregano oil + black seed oil and replaced it with olive oil, honey and lemon. (Something a little closer to home 🇬🇷🙃) 

Make sure if you’re buying olive oil it’s actual olive oil and look for one country origin.  I buy mine from the Greek Store imported from Greece. 

I buy my organic lemon from Tenafly Gourmet Market, and my honey is always different (usually from Greece as well)
