Cold air intakes are the most oversold mod in the game and I'm tired of pretending they're not.

Every tuner shop and Instagram build account swears by them, but the dyno sheets tell a different story. Most bolt-on intakes gain you 2-5hp on a naturally aspirated car - barely enough to overcome margin of error.

→ Marketing promises 15-25hp gains
→ Reality is 2-5hp for most NA builds
→ Sound improvement is the real benefit
→ Money better spent on tune, exhaust, suspension
→ Only worth it on forced induction or high-flow builds

Save this before you blow $400 on pretty intake tubes that sound good but don't move the needle.
