## Caption

Name a prettier addition to a cocktail than dragon fruit... We’ll wait. 😌

Ingredients:
- 4-5 frozen cubes of pink dragonfruit
- 1.5 oz. gin
- .5 oz. dragonfruit simple syrup
- 1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- .5 oz. Fee Brother’s Fee Foam (or 1 egg white)

Dragon Fruit Simple Syrup
1. Combine 1/3 cup water, 1/3 cup sugar, and 5 frozen pink dragon fruit cubes in a pot. 
2. Continuously stir until boiling then remove from heat. 
3. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken, then store in the fridge for 7 days in an airtight container.
