-2 oz. Malibu rum
-3 oz. pink lemonade
-pink edible glitter
-strawberry for garnish

2. Carrot Cake Espresso Martini:
- 1 double shot fresh brewed espresso
- 1/2 oz. carrot cake simple syrup
- 3/4 oz. coffee liqueur
- 1 & 1/2 oz. vodka
- cream cheese cold foam

Carrot Cake Simple Syrup Ingredients:
- 2 chopped carrots
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup walnuts

Cream Cheese Cold Foam:
- 1/2 tbs. cream cheese
- 1 tbs. sugar
- 2 oz. heavy cream

3. Bunny Martini
-2 oz. vanilla vodka
-1 oz. white creme de cacao
-2 oz. white chocolate liqueur
-1 oz. half & half
-marshmallows & pink sprinkles for bunny ears

4. Easter Brunch Spritz
- 2 oz. Aperol
- 3 oz. prosecco
- 1 oz. club soda
- Garnish with a carrot

5. Peeps Cocktail
- marshmallow spread + pink sanding sugar for the rim
- 2 oz. marshmallow vodka
- .75 oz. white crème de cacao
- .5 oz. strawberry syrup
- Peep for garnish
