Today’s one of those days 💭

I feel low.
No real reason… just heavy.

And if you know, you know —
ovulation / PMDD just hits different.

I’m on sertraline,
I do all the right things,
I try my best…

But twice a month, I still struggle.

And I used to think that meant I was failing.

Now I realise…
it just means I’m human.

Not every day is productive
Not every day is positive
Not every day feels good

But I’ll still show up… just a little softer today 🤍
