Behind every cocktail is a moment of calm precision and creative fire.
Here’s how I built this layered yet elegant twist on the Martini: Zen & Zest.

🔬 The Process
400g fresh strawberries 🍓
100ml plum wine 🍶
200ml dry vermouth
400ml The Botanist Gin 🌿

💥 Charged with N₂O in a nitro siphon for a violent infusion — extracting every vibrant note.

🧊 After infusion, the spirit is brought back to life in a mixing glass with an extra hit of The Botanist Gin. Stirred, strained, and served in a chilled coupe with black pepper hydrosol. 

This isn’t just a martini — it’s a moment of balance, flavor, and finesse.
