Last night, we met up with dear friends on the island for dinner and catching up. I love vacations as I often (far more than at home) get to step out of gym clothes and “dress up” 🤣
I love balance. At home I am structured with workouts, work and routine but still have balance to enjoy life. I’m no different on vacation. I stay active during the day and balance my food, but enjoy nights for dinner out with my family and friends. 
If your lifestyle doesn’t allow for a balance between your health and living, you may want to consider adjusting. You only get one chance on this planet.
