Here we go!
After a much needed vacation and rest, this is my first full workout in just over 2 weeks!
It’s time to get back at it. Not only do I miss my regular routine and workouts, it’s less than 12 weeks away from ufeshows World Championships.  I’ve got work to do :)

It’s a little crazy to think that this will be my final competition in my 40’s!!
