I think this may be the 6th time I’ve been out of gym clothes in months, so I  had to take a pic. We went out to support a local restaurant. We’ve been doing this every week for the last month and will continue to do so to support them. 
I wore my favourite pair of jeans tonight that normally only fit me in competition season.  Here’s the thing. 
Over the past 6 months..,
I worked out. 
I ate intuitively,but also minded my macros.
I balanced fitness and life. 
If you think that reaching your goals means you can’t have a life, you are mistaken. 
It’s all about balance.
