Happy Saturday!

I love back day!

As someone who battled back issues for years, it is important for me to keep strengthening it, along with my core.

Strength training makes day to day tasks easier and can help prevent injury.

I am constantly reminding my clients that resistance training (along with the right nutrition) is the key to transforming your body. It’s also a great feeling to feel strong!

Ladies, if you are always sticking to cardio and wondering why you are not seeing results, there are a couple of reasons why. You are not eating enough of the right foods or you are eating too much. Excessive cardio also puts your body into a state of stress, making weight loss and muscle building difficult. It will also wreak havoc on your hormonal balance!!

There is NO need to do hours of cardio.

Remember, muscle is much more dense than body fat. Therefore, a pound of muscle will take up much less room in your body than a pound of fat. If you are consistently weight training and eating right, you can drop pounds and inches without a big movement in the scale. I always tell my clients that fit of clothing is a better indicator than the number on the scale.

If you don’t have gym access, that’s fine. You can achieve great results with minimal equipment, like dumbbells. My clients have been achieving great results all through COVID with no gym access.

Have a great weekend and get in a great workout!

PS. We have a new group starting my 8 Week Hormone Balancing & Fat loss Program on Monday. If you want in, the link is in my bio :)
