I’ve been fortunate to be able to workout consistently over the past 3 months. 
I do love being able to workout outside whenever possible. 
I don’t have room in my gym to completely stretch out my battle ropes (without hitting other equipment 🙂) so I bring them outside! 
Mixing up how you do your workouts, prevents workout boredom and helps keep you motivated!
