There’s a message I wish someone had said to me earlier in my career:

You’re allowed to change.

This past year pushed me into a level of growth I didn’t see coming —
as a leader, a founder, a mother, and a woman.

And a lot of that growth happened quietly.

I made decisions that didn’t make sense on paper.
I tested new ideas.
I pivoted when something no longer aligned.
I let curiosity lead, even when it required being a beginner again.

What surprised me most?

I didn’t lose momentum.
I gained clarity.

Because every experiment, every adjustment, and every uncomfortable stretch
moved me closer to the work I’m truly meant to build.

Here’s the insight that clicked:
