Evening all, 

I've just finished uploading my next video to the channel this evening.

How I paint the Hearthkyn warriors from my own custom league - The Higher Dorurgin Corporation, from start to finish. 

This is the first video in my new Rank'n'File series, not exactly display/competition painting but (hopefully you'll agree 😁) far from 'slap chop'. Not that there's anything wrong with Slap Chop of course.  I'm trying to strike a balance between neatness and speed. Not for everyone I know, to each their own and all that.

Ever since I was a kid I've always wanted to have fully painted armies, with every mini in it painted as perfectly as I can. Over the last few years though I’ve come to the realisation that if I ever want armies that I can actually play some games with I need to compromise a little. 

Having said that I’d still like the armies to look as good as they can be, both on the battlefield and in my cabinets between games. But I'd quite like to able to complete the projects before I shuffle off this mortal coil.

Hopefully there will be something in this series for everyone, even if you want to skip some steps to get an army on the table even quicker.
