I’m very disciplined when it comes to caring for my skin. 
I’m also very careful to wear SPF daily.  I had a Squamish Cell Carcinoma removed from my face 2 years ago, as a result of sun damage from when I was younger, Now I am more careful than ever. 
I’m proud to say at the age of 47, my skin is in excellent condition.
