What a perfect night to get in some outdoor training!
I had the hill to myself this time. 
Maybe because it’s Friday night?? I have to say that when the park is full of people exercising, I’m delighted. 
I love seeing people out being active. Families out walking and biking together is an amazing example to set for our kids. 
I know people are frustrated most gyms are still closed and they can’t wait to get back at it.  But, for those who don’t normally have or make time for exercise, I hope they continue when the pandemic is over. 
A healthy community is important.
