For the first time in 2 years, I’m going through my off season injury free!

It’s a great feeling to have full strength and range of motion. Particularly in my shoulders, and having all muscles finally firing in my back. 
I know my injuries really held me back last year from getting to where I wanted to be. 
I’m already seeing great results; I’m excited to see what I can do this year.
