Good morning!

I’m still on vacation, but excited to start my next group program with my ladies in mid-January. 
Why mid-January? 
Well I want everyone to be back in routine and have all the treats cleared from their house. I believe in indulging in moderation, but when you start with me, I want a clean slate. This is a lifestyle program (that works). Let’s be honest here. I’ve been “enjoying” Christmas since mid-November, right after competing in the UFE World Championships. 
Most competitors know that smart reverse dieting out of a comp is crucial to avoid post-comp weight gain. We don’t live in that shape year round.

That being said, smart diet and nutrition is my lifestyle.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my holiday season and vacation without any crazy weight gain. I am now back to my off season weight and feel great.

I must add, at 46, managing healthy weight is more of a challenge and balancing our hormones is key!! I have simply applied every aspect I give to my ladies in my programs to my daily life.
