Here’s the breakdown in plain English: ⬇️

GPT = the brain. 🧠 It’s the general AI model (like ChatGPT) that can answer questions, write content, and generate ideas.

Custom GPT = the employee you train. 🙋🏾‍♀️This is when you customize ChatGPT to sound like you, follow your frameworks, and do specific jobs for your business (I built mine for content planning, brand audits, and design moodboards and I’m just getting started!)

🤖AI Agent = the assistant who actually takes action. ⚡ Unlike GPTs, AI Agents can connect to your apps, read and sort emails, draft replies, and even help automate posting to social media.

👉🏾That’s the difference between a GPT, a Custom GPT, and an AI Agent.

🤔Why does it matter? Because if you’re an entrepreneur, coach, or consultant trying to save time and grow your brand, you need more than a basic GPT. You need AI tools that work like employees and assistants — freeing you up to focus on strategy, clients, and visibility.
