Not all my posts are about fitness, but they are about lifestyle. 
That means balance. 
Tonight we got to spend a great night with great food and great friends, in a place we love. 
We took this exact picture a year ago.  It’s now a mini tradition. 
With the holidays and travel, I haven’t been to the gym in a few days.  We did have an active day out in the ocean today, and that was enough. 
This was more important than rushing to the gym today. 
Live well.  Love life.
