FALL IN LOVE WITH THE PROCESS. 🎯🎖✨❤️⁣

I have spent so much of my life focused on GOALS. It’s always been this chase to get to that MOMENT of victory. ⁣
⁣
But that’s the problem... IT’S JUST A MOMENT.⁣
⁣
Then that moment ends and your onto the next goal, the next big "thing" that will give you pleasure and satisfication. But until then, it's a struggle. ⁣
⁣
Do you see the problem here? If you’re only able to truly enjoy life in these moments of victory, then what about all the other millions of moments before and after them? If you were to break down how much of your time is spent actually reaching a goal, it’s probably 1% of the time at most. So, if you spend your life chasing these 1% moments, you sacrifice finding pleasure in the other 99% of your time. So, rather than falling in love with the RESULT, fall in love with the PROCESS.⁣

• Fall in love with learning⁣
• Fall in love with the little tasks⁣
• Fall in love with the obstacles⁣
• Fall in love with the experiences⁣
• Fall in love with the mistakes⁣
• Fall in love with the failures⁣
•FALL IN LOVE WITH THE PROCESS⁣

If you fall in love with the process instead of the result, you'll be guaranteed to live a life full of meaning AND pleasure. If you only allow yourself to have fun when you win or when you reach your goal, then that means you’ll be miserable for most of your life. ⁣

And I don’t know about you, but personally, I want to have fun as much as possible. Hard work can be fun. That’s what people don’t understand. Fun can be challenging. Fun can be falling down and getting back up again. Fun can be part of your process if you want it to be. How you measure fun is a choice. Luckily, you have the power to decide.⁣
