If you had to launch an MVP with just one feature, what would it be?

Planning an MVP—it’s harder than it sounds, right? Have you ever tried to figure out the true minimum that would be enough for users to give it a go? I’ve been diving into articles on MVPs, trying to wrap my head around everything from the essential features to the architecture and tech stack.

I learned the hard way with my PlanITScrum web application—let’s just say it’s definitely not an MVP anymore. Now, I’m reflecting on the mistakes I made. But one thing I’m proud of from that journey is how I tackled the implementation. 

🧨 Developers often get stuck in the design phase, but I focused on functionality first. It looked ugly, but it worked! I’m super happy about that and plan to take the same approach with my next MVP.

I’ve been busy with work lately, but I’m also working on ideas for that second MVP and finishing my PlanITScrum “game.” Yeah… fighting that inner demon to finish something properly instead of jumping to a new blank page❤️🥸
