✅ Every interview and candidate is unique to me. I invest time preparing, tailoring questions to the candidate’s resume. My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all. My goal? To encourage candidates to share their best achievements and challenges.

✅ Admittedly, I get a bit nervous before interviews too. 😊

✅ When I encounter a kind, overly stressed candidate, I offer subtle hints to guide their answers.

❌ Avoid these red flags:

🔺 Never downplay your experience. If you’re being interviewed, your resume has already made an impression!

🔺 Be sure you know where you’re applying.

🔺 Don’t shy away from technical questions. Depth matters – try to explain as best as your experience allows.

🔺 Excessive confidence can be off-putting. Humility is key; we know you can code.
