My Dad used to take us to little taco huts/trucks growing up & that’s where my love for street food began🤍 These pollo asada (chicken) and adobada (pork) tacos were so freakin delish! Stumbled across this place on our trip to NY & highly recommend! If you’re headed to Vegas, Tacos el Gordo is the best spot. TACOS ARE LIFE🙌🏼
