🌊 ANQI shares her inspirations behind “Journey to the Heart’s Calling”, an immersive installation where inner myth meets participatory ritual.

🌊This ArtContact Istanbul edition of the installation was a collaboration between Hiromita Project and Tilki Sanat, curated by art historian Dr. Çağatay Olgun, and supported by ArtContact Istanbul Fair.

🌊 In the interview, ANQI explains how the installation was adapted for Istanbul—integrating the Bosphorus as a symbolic threshold, drawing from the city’s colors and architectural textures, and transforming the River of Intentions into a Sea of Intentions woven with fishnet forms. She also reflects on Turkish folk tales like Billur Köşk (Crystal Palace) and how the tent invites visitors to reconnect with their self and their forgotten dreams.

🌊 From the inner home tent to the Sea of Intentions, Hiromita continues her journey—offering a space not to tell a story, but to hold one open for all who step inside.
