After much contemplation — and many conversations with our drink developer — we chose to take a different path this fall. While pumpkin was the clear favourite in your votes, it didn’t feel right to us. I know we could have crafted the best pumpkin matcha drink you’ve ever tasted, but staying true to Wu Wei Coffee means questioning the expected.

Instead, we decided to give matcha a little break and shine a light on something new: a beautiful hibiscus tea we’ve recently sourced. We wanted to create something visually striking, caffeine-free, and completely refreshing — filling a gap in our menu with a fruity, creamy delight.
