A pet is never just a pet. They are joy wrapped in fur, love in its purest form, and the most loyal companion you’ll ever know. No matter how tough life gets, they greet you with a wiggling bum and a heart full of love, asking for nothing but your presence. 

My daft little gremlin, my best boy. For seven and a half years, he was my shadow, always ready for adventure. Whenever I wanted a last-minute sunrise walk or a trip to watch the sunset, he was like, ”I’m down for it!”. He sat through my endless ramblings with zero judgement, always listening like he understood every word. 

Everyone who met Murphy? He just wanted belly rubs & butt scratches - nothing more, nothing less. He had an eye for attention and knew exactly who would give it to him. He might have acted daft, but he wasn’t stupid—he had everyone wrapped around his little paw 😂. 

Letting him go was the hardest most selfless thing I’ve ever done, but it was the last, greatest act of love I could give him. Sleep peacefully, buddy. You were the very best, and you always will be. ❤️
