WE SURVIVED!!! ☠️ 🏜️ At 282 ft. Below sea level, Death Valley was no joke! Hot, dry, and unforgiving.  And yet somehow there’s this magical allure about the land that photos will never do justice and can only be experienced to truly appreciate.  The lesson for my son on this trip was that just like in life…there are hard, exhausting and painful parts of the journey but then we’d get to something breathtaking and it made it all worth it.  Almost supernatural!  I’m so thankful for these parks. For the adventure and great memories with my boy but also how therapeutic and healing they’ve been for me through some difficult years.
