## Caption

"Running is just one part of the whole picture."

For #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth, Olympian Molly Seidel sat down with #NYRR CEO Rob Simmelkjaer at the NYRR RUNCenter feat. the New Balance RunHub to have an open, honest, and vulnerable conversation about her journey managing her mental health, and how running has played an important part in allowing her to move more positively through the world.

All month long, we'll be highlighting runners and their mental health journeys, and how running has been a positive force to managing their holistic well being. Follow or join by sharing with #MyRunnersHigh.
