I’m partnering with _easyhomemeals to celebrate March Frozen Food Month (#MFFM), and this is one of my favorite ways to make weeknights easier. This “Frozen Four” Ravioli Bake uses frozen cheese ravioli, meatballs, peppers & onions, and spinach — straight from the freezer into one dish. No thawing, no chopping, no boiling.

I love that frozen ingredients help save time, reduce food waste (use what you need!), and still deliver a hearty, flavorful dinner the whole family will eat. Proof that your freezer is full of possibility.

Ingredients:
❄️ 1 bag Frozen Cheese Ravioli (24oz)
❄️ 1 bag Frozen Pre-cooked Meatballs
❄️ 1 bag Frozen Peppers & Onions
❄️ 1 bag Frozen Cut Leaf Spinach
🥫 1 jar Marinara + 1 cup Water
🧀 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
Salt & pepper to taste*

How to make it:
.
1️⃣ Heat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x13 dish.
2️⃣ Toss all 4 frozen items directly into the dish. No thawing needed—this is why Smarter Meals Start in the Frozen Aisle!
3️⃣ SAUCE: Pour over the marinara and the water. Stir gently so the ravioli is coated.
4️⃣ Cover TIGHTLY with foil. Bake for 40-45 mins. The foil traps the steam to perfectly “boil” the frozen pasta.
5️⃣ Remove foil, top with cheese, and bake uncovered for 10 more mins until bubbly and golden.
Let it sit for 5 mins to thicken, and you’ve got a hearty, complete Italian dinner with almost zero cleanup.
