You Just Don't Trust Yourself⬇️🤷🏻‍♀️

You’re not bad at blocking. You can probably block just fine in practice. But in games, it’s different. Ball’s coming in harder, it’s unpredictable, and that’s when things start getting weird. Not because you don’t know how to block, but because you don’t fully trust it yet.

Blocking is uncomfortable and sometimes unpredictable. That’s also why just doing dry reps isn’t enough. They help, but they don’t teach you how to react.

You need real reps. Balls coming at you, reading them, figuring out how they come off your body. That’s how it actually translates to games.

Every catcher goes through this stage. You’re not behind.
