This one’s for the real coffee lovers. Not chocolate babka with a hint of coffee — but a true Coffee Lover’s Babka where the flavour sits exactly where it should: in the swirl and in the syrup.

I used percolindia Espresso Noir for the filling and glaze — a beautiful blend of Vietnamese & Indian coffee beans with rich dark chocolate notes and subtle oolong undertones. It has that perfect balance of bitterness, sweetness and acidity, which makes the cocoa deeper and the overall flavour more layered and satisfying.
