This is just something sweet to sit beside it.

For Maha Shivratri, I took the sacred flavours of milk, curd, ghee, honey and jaggery and turned them into a soft, eggless tres leches.

No honey cooked.
Gentle saffron notes.
Soaked and rested overnight.

Made using jaggery, ghee and honey from isha.life.india .

Tradition first. Always.
