Episode 9: Banoffee Modaks

Some ideas just strike out of nowhere – and this one came when Sumit asked me to make Banoffee Pie. The result? Banoffee Modak 🍌🍮🪔

Creamy caramel, fresh banana, biscuit-y crust and that silky whipped cream – all in one divine bite.
Though between us… he didn’t get to eat them because I finished them all with Bappa 😅🙏
