Kicking off the series with a tribute straight from my heart (and my mom’s kitchen 💚).

Palak Paneer with rice has always been our Ganpati special. This year, I combined the soul of a modak, the idea of a ravioli, and the comfort of palak paneer with rice—steamed to perfection and served with a creamy basil sauce.

Not a replacement, but an addition. A new way of celebrating Bappa with love. 🌸🙏
