For over a decade, my family and I have celebrated Ganesh Utsav with love, devotion, and of course — Bappa’s favourite, the modak. 💛

This year, I took a flight from Delhi to Mumbai in search of the most authentic ones… and that journey sparked an idea.

Not to change tradition, but to celebrate it — by adding a little fusion alongside the classics. 🌸
