Hi, I’m Ayushi Sharma, currently working as SDE-2 microsoft . I’m from a tier-3 college (you might not have heard of the name, so no point telling), but I didn’t let this stop me.

In my final year, I got internship & full time offer from NCR Corporation (7 lpa CTC). I was very happy at that time, but I continued to apply to other opportunities as well. 

Then I interviewed for Walmart off-campus & got the offer (18 lpa CTC) with almost double compensation. This was literally a dream come true. I never expected that I will get this amazing offer ❤️🥹

Then 3 yrs later , I decided to switch job & interviewed for Microsoft & got the offer 🥳
