Great to see this fantastic 14m of juicy mural in the new tonkotsu.ramenbar Cardiff.

The design by Suzanne Carpenter of patternistas and her painting buddies mattjoyce_illustration and bethanrichardsillustration features key ingredients from the menu and inspiration from one of Japan’s most beloved good luck charms, the Daruma doll. 

They symbolise resilience, renewal and never giving up, which is surely what’s needed to achieve most worthwhile things in life, but most definitely to establish such a well loved hospitality offering.

You can see this beauty when Tonkotsu Cardiff opens on 18th March.

We’re really@looking forward to seeing it next week, and of course eating there.
