As I look back on 2024, it feels like a year that truly shaped me. It was about stepping out of my comfort zone, diving into uncharted territory (sometimes feeling like I was winging it), and learning things I never thought I’d need to, often through trial and error. 

This year reminded me that growth is far from linear. There were moments of doubt, plenty of mistakes (oh, there were many ☺️), and countless lessons learned. But every hurdle became a chance to grow, and every win, big or small, was a reminder of how far I’ve come. 

It wasn’t just about achieving milestones; it was about embracing the journey—the highs, the challenges, and the lessons along the way. I also found closure in things I’d been holding onto for far too long, making room for new possibilities and a little peace of mind. 

Professionally, it’s been incredibly fulfilling to see the progress people have made through my coaching (joule_nutrition ). Knowing that my work has positively impacted their lives is the greatest reward and inspires me to keep moving forward.

A big thank you to everyone who encouraged, supported, and believed in me this year. Bring on 2025!! I’m ready for whatever’s next! 🥂
