How was that for first episode of #DessertMastersAU masterchefau ?

#inspired by my first dish as seen on #DessertMastersAU and to celebrate the reopening of my glacedessert store at Windsor today, for any purchase of my version of Raspberry Mushroom 🍄 from tomorrow till Sunday, I’ll be giving away my house-made chocolate chip sea salt cookie 🍪 for FREE. #giveaway 

On another note, I still am pinching myself for this unbelievable opportunity to share a kitchen with these industry GIANTS!! And not to mention being judged and mentored by fooderati and amauryguichon 

It is also took a gargantuan leap of faith for me to say yes and compete in front of national audience straight out of maternity leave. No joke, 13 months of just making baby food to THIS????? And against all of THESE amazing profiles??? This will be an experience I would never forget, and hopefully Ben would be proud of me for pushing & challenging myself even when I was so scared s^*t to my core.
